Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which orders placed on the Bingsu Platform may be cancelled, either by the customer or by Bingsu.

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations — Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of their order at any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse (“dispatch” refers to the point at which the order is handed over to the courier partner). 

To request a cancellation: 

  1. Email us at info@bingsu.skin with the subject line: ‘Order Cancellation – [Your Order ID]’ 
  2. Include your Order ID, registered email address, and (optional) reason for cancellation 

Cancellation requests will be reviewed and confirmed within 1 business day, provided the order has not already been dispatched. 

Upon successful cancellation: 

  • Refund to the original payment method will be initiated within 7–10 business days 
  • Store credit (if selected) will be issued within 2–3 business days 

📌 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal or phone-based cancellation requests will not be accepted. 

1.2 Customer-Initiated Cancellations — After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our system. 

However, customers may: 

  • Refuse delivery at the time of delivery attempt, or 
  • Contact us at info@bingsu.skin to request return-to-origin (RTO), subject to courier feasibility 

Once the order is returned to our warehouse and passes quality inspection: 

  • A refund will be processed for the product value 
  • Applicable return shipping charges and handling fees, if any, will be deducted 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, as per customer preference. 

Please note that post-dispatch cancellations may take 10–15 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package to complete processing.

1.3 Bingsu-Initiated Cancellations

Bingsu reserves the right to cancel any order, at its sole discretion, under circumstances including but not limited to: 

  • Product unavailability or stock issues 
  • Errors in pricing, product description, or listing 
  • Payment authorization failure or suspected fraudulent activity 
  • Delivery limitations due to serviceability constraints 
  • Force majeure events (including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions) 

In such cases: 

  • Customers will be notified via email with the reason for cancellation 
  • A full refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method 

Bingsu’s liability in such cases shall be limited to refunding the order amount paid by the customer. Bingsu shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from such cancellations. 

1.4 Partial Cancellations

For orders containing multiple products, you may request cancellation of specific items prior to dispatch. 

  • Partial cancellations will follow the same process outlined in Clause 5.1 
  • Refunds will be processed only for the cancelled items 
  • Any applicable shipping charges may be adjusted or deducted accordingly 

Note: Refund timelines are indicative and may vary depending on banking partners, Skincare payment gateways, or unforeseen delays 

All policy documents are subject to the laws of India and jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
