Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order (or a specific item in it) before it’s shipped, please reach out to us via email.
Once we confirm that the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 72 hours.

Replacement Policy

We take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@bingsu.skin within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request faster, kindly share:
• Your Order ID
• Unboxing video and clear images of the product(s) received

If your request is found valid, we’ll send you a replacement as soon as we receive the returned item.
Please ensure the product and its box are unopened, and all items are returned in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, and freebies (if any).

If the replacement product is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless there is an issue such as a damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds are only applicable for valid cancellations or approved replacement cases.
