This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms under which Bingsu processes, dispatches, and delivers orders placed on our Platform.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
1.1 Scope of Delivery
Bingsu currently delivers across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Deliverability to specific pin codes depends on the serviceability of our courier partners.
If a delivery location is found to be non-serviceable after order placement, Bingsu reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund to the original payment method.
1.2 Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period prior to dispatch. This includes payment verification, quality checks, and packaging.
- Standard processing time: 1–2 business days from successful payment
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
1.3 Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 4–6 business days
- Tier 2 and other locations: 4–6 business days
- Remote or non-metro areas: delivery timelines may be longer depending on serviceability
Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or government restrictions.
Bingsu shall not be liable for delays caused by such external factors.
1.4 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where non-delivery is directly attributable to Bingsu.
1.5 Courier Partners
Bingsu engages third-party logistics providers for delivery of orders. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, Bingsu shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by such third-party partners.
However, we will provide reasonable assistance to customers in coordinating with the courier partner where required.
1.6 Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
the order may be returned to us. In such cases:
- Re-delivery may be arranged subject to additional shipping charges
- Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges
1.7 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current shipping details at the time of placing the order.
Bingsu shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or insufficient address details provided by the customer.
1.8 Risk & Ownership
Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at the time of order.
1.9 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Bingsu reserves the right to investigate such claims and may require supporting evidence, including clear photos and/or an unboxing video, before processing any replacement or refund.
1.10 Force Majeure
Bingsu shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or logistics disruptions.
All policy documents are subject to the laws of India and jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
